Barricade at River Iber/Ibar bridge to be discussed tomorrow in Pristina (indeksonline)

Working group to meet at AAK premises (indeksonline)

The Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) has denied reports that the opposition coalition has agreed to Vetevendosje’s terms in exchange for its support for the formation of the government. Kujtim Shala, member of the LDK presidency, told Indeksonline that LDK leader Isa Mustafa did not meet this week with Vetevendosje leader Albin Kurti. “The LDK has not held any new meetings with the Vetevendosje Movement, but we are continuing our work with coalition partners and we will meet with the Vetevendosje Movement. Thaçi: PDK will reestablish the new government (indeksonline)

Kosovo’s outgoing Prime Minister, Hashim Thaçi, spoke today during the meeting with the governing cabinet about the flow of the elections.

Zahiti: Calm situation in Mitrovica (indeksonline)

The situation in Mitrovica appears to be calm today, after yesterday’s clashes between the protesters and the police. Bahtiri: Barricades were removed so Albanians can return to their homes (Indeksonline)

Mitrovica mayor Agim Bahtiri, in an interview for Indeksonline, said he had promised that barricades in Mitrovica would be removed and that this was done for the good of all communities and for their freedom of movement. “Ever since my arrival in Mitrovica, my only goal was to remove the barricades. I made this promise when I ran for mayor of Mitrovica. This is in the interest of all citizens,” Bahtiri said. “I promised there would be a peaceful environment and without tensions.

Results published yesterday, incomplete (Indeksonline)

Indeksonline sources within the Central Election Commission (CEC) said the results published yesterday in the media about how many votes each candidate running in elections has received include votes from only 1,932 polling stations. According to sources, these results do not include the ballots from 458 polling stations that are being audited nor conditional votes, diaspora votes and votes from persons with disabilities. This means that the results do not reflect 20 percent of the overall votes.
