While the last Kosovo-Serbia talks ended with no agreement signed, sources say this is because the Kosovo side wants all four outstanding issues wrapped up in one agreement.

After the latest round of Kosovo talks in Brussels, Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic said was convinced that sufficient progress had been made for Belgrade to able to to open the first chapters in its EU accession negotiations.
