Russia on dialogue in Brussels (Tanjug)

Russian Foreign Affairs Minister Sergey Lavrov said the EU efforts to mediate between Belgrade and Pristina have failed and that the USA is forcing creation of Kosovo army, Tanjug news agency reports today. “It is obvious the EU efforts have failed, because Pristina rejected to implement all the agreements reached so far,” Lavrov said. EU: Kosovo to explain and revoke decision on import taxes (N1)

The European Union has said Pristina’s decision to raise import taxes on goods from Serbia and Bosnia-Herzegovina in response to what it feels is Serbia’s destructive behaviour, was unexpected and the bloc has demanded an immediate explanation of the move, media reported on Wednesday.
