The director of the Kosovo government’s Administrative Office in North Mitrovica, Adrijana Hodzic, said that there is a possibility that the office might not exist next year under the same name.

Citizens in northern Kosovo should engage actively in monitoring the implementation of the Brussels Agreement on the field, and manage and monitor Fond for the North, said analyst Dusan Janjic at a debate about collection of customs revenues provided by the Brussels Agreement and its so far implementation on the field. Citizens of North Mitrovica are disturbed in last couple weeks with frequent assaults and robberies carried out by unknown groups in vicinity of students’ dormitories and Technical School in the town.

After former mayor of Zubin Potok, Slavisa Ristic, voluntarily reported himself to EULEX for questioning ten days ago, incumbent Mayor of Zubin Potok, Stevan Vulovic, also reported himself voluntarily three days ago. They both escaped to Serbia after Kosovo Police tried to summon them for interrogation in mid-July upon the order issued by EULEX.

At these moments Mayor of Zubin Potok Municipality, Stevan Vulovic, is being questioned by a prosecutor of EULEX, learns KoSSev from several unofficial sources. EULEX was not able to confirm the information, whereas Vulovic was not available on his usual telephone numbers. Questioning of Vulovic comes only a week after the former mayor of Zubin Potok Municipality, Slavisa Ristic, voluntarily reported himself to EULEX for questioning.
