Kosovo’s Supreme Court has refused the appeal from the Serbian List against the decision of the Election Complaints and Elections Panel (ECAP) to repeat local elections in the municipality of Partesh/Partes. Supreme Court spokesperson, Antigona Uka-Lutfiu, said the Serbian List’s request for annulment of ECAP decision has been rejected. Meanwhile, officials from the Central Election Commission (CEC) said it is likely that the revote process in Partesh/Partes will take place at the same time with runoff elections in 19 other Kosovo municipalities. Spokesperson, Valmir Elezi, said however that the exact date will be taken in the upcoming meeting of the CEC.
