Gjilan mayor Lutfi Haziri met today with Minister for Returns and Communities, Dalibor Jevtic, and agreed to coordinate their activities with the aim of supporting all returnees in Gjilan municipality.
Haziri said the municipality of Gjilan would support all returnees and provide basic conditions for all those who wish to return there. Haziri and Jevtic sent out a joint message that Gjilan and Kosovo are a safe place for returnees to return, “as there have been no incidents with ethnic, religious or racial backgrounds”.
