The General Secretary of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo, Burim Ramadani, writes in his column for this daily that the current situation in Kosovo requires clear and powerful response. He considers that Kosovo reached this stage of crisis because of improvisation of the current Government.

Kosovo does not need some routine and slow governing and neither does it need turbulences. Kosovo needs essential changes, and these changes are not related to a single address. It is related to the mentality of policies, which start with the central government but spread at all levels of public institutions.
So the first thing that Kosovo needs is a governing with clean hands. This precondition cannot be overpassed. The future government should not carry a baggage of corruption affairs. Then, Kosovo needs a Government of experts, competent to govern, and with capacity to change the current situation.

The third thing required for a good governance of Kosovo is a detailed program, which enables efficient start of work in the very first day of taking over the responsibility. Ramadani says that normally, there is no need to mention these preconditions, however, the governments after the elections in 2007 and 2010, did not have a single written paper on their working program. He says that the above mentioned preconditions are basis for a good start of governing. A clean and competent Government with a detailed program can start the major changes in Kosovo from its first day of governing.
