Sweden’s Military Representative to NATO, Rear Admiral Odd Werin, in a visit with the Ministry of the Kosovo Security Force, said there is a great deal of transparency in the security sector strategic review in Kosovo.
The NATO official met with KSF Minister Agim Ceku and KSF Commander Kadri Kastrati in Pristina. Minister Ceku briefed Rear Admiral Werin on developments in the KSF, building of bilateral relations with many NATO member countries, KSF’s participation in regional initiatives, and the respect the KSF enjoys with the local population. Ceku also mentioned the challenges the KSF faces.
Rear Admiral Werin expressed his appreciation regarding the transparency in the security sector review process and commended KSF leaders on the progress the Force has accomplished so far.
