According to Enver Robelli, statements against the establishment of the Tribunal which would deal with serious war crimes in Kosovo, come mainly from some politicians, false patriots, deceivers who became wealthy from the state budget, pretending journalists who can be sold and enemies of the rule of law.
The crimes were committed, the murderers and those who ordered them have not been punished. The international community is making another effort to end this intolerant situation in Kosovo. For this and millions of other reasons, establishment of the Tribunal for judicial treatment of war crimes, should be supported.
Judicial situation in Kosovo is terrible, therefore, Kosovo citizens should unreservedly support the efforts of the international community to bring every criminal in front of the justice. The international community has realized that with the current political caste, Kosovo is not able to treat properly any serious case of war crimes or corruption. While the new Tribual will be dealing with Dick Marty’s accusations and findings of prosecutor Clint Williamson, it is of vital importance for Kosovo to extend EULEX’s mandate in Kosovo, in order to attack relentlessly crime and corruption suspects.
