The head of LDK, Isa Mustafa, while talking about Special Court he said that an issue that cannot be negotiated, while there was only two alternatives, to be established from Kosovo Assembly or to be established from United Nations Security Council, with initiative of Russia. He said that they have taken the responsibility and are determined that Kosovo Assembly to establish this Court and not to be left for the UN to do this.
Meanwhile, about EULEX he said that there is no need to be opposed, because it has done a good job, while dealing with the part, which local judiciary couldn’t deal with.
While talking about elections, he said that they need to be held now and not to be postponed for September, because, according to him, this would be a disappointment for citizens. Even that he stated, that Assembly will be dismissed this week, he said that for this week he does not expect this to happen, but he expects that after the approval of the Law on Elections and extension of EULEX mandate to agree about this.
