In Kosovo there are still 1742 missing persons (Lajm)

Kosovo has marked yesterday National Day of War Missing Persons with a memorial academy held at the Valley of Grief, in village of Meje, municipality of Gjakova/Gjakovica, where 15 years ago happened one of the biggest massacres of the latest war. Fifteen years ago Serb forces in this part of Gjakova within few hours was reported to have executed and afterwards disappeared the bodies of 377 Albanian civilians. In Kosovo level are still missing over 1.700 persons since 1999.
