Elections Panel for Appeals and Complaints (EPAC) has informed that presently there is no complaint connected with procedures in the Counting and Results Center (CRC), which is expected to give final elections results. This institution is preparing about the influx of complains from candidates of political subjects after announcement of final results.

Radio Kosova reports that final result could not be challenged from political subject or their candidates, if the actual trend of complaints continues like this.

“Now we are waiting for other complaints from candidates in connection with their results, but these complaints are expected to come after final results, if someone from candidates has found irregularities in the counting of their votes,” said Mule Desku from EPAC.

Based on the experience from previous elections, where the wave of complaints could come from candidates within a political subject, Desku said that candidates should ensure information based on the misuse of their votes.

Based on the nature of complaints in the Elections Panel for Appeals and Complaints, most complaints had to do with suspicions for vote’s theft within the same political subject. This was especially underlined in elections of 2010 with candidates of three biggest political parties
