Shkelzen Gashi, political analyst, told Radio Kosova that after the certification of election results, President Jahjaga will seek the interpretation of the Constitutional Court and will then nominate the party or the coalition that will govern the country. “The President will be very careful. The interpretation of the Constitutional Court will be in line with the positions of diplomatic representatives of the most powerful countries and I don’t believe there will be a crisis. By the end of next month, we will have a new government with the PDK in the opposition,” Gashi said. Dren Doli from the Group for Political and Legal Studies said there is no reason for the country to enter an institutional crisis. “I don’t believe we’re heading toward an institutional crisis. Coalitions of opposition parties are very random in countries with parliamentary democracy, but in the case of Kosovo this is the first time that political parties are using parliamentary ways to confront a party that has won the elections,” he said.
