Enver Hasani, President of the Constitutional Court of Kosovo said for KTV show Rubikon, that the Court does not have the right to give its opinion on the issue of the proposer of the Assembly Speaker nor which the biggest parliamentary group is.

“I cannot comment on the proposer or on the parliamentary group. Neither me nor the Constitutional Court can comment, because this is a political issue,” Hasani is quoted as saying. According to him the issue cannot be solved by judicial means. The Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), has announced that it will address the Constitutional Court regarding Isa Mustafa’s election as Assembly Speaker of Kosovo’s Assembly.
