Meeting will be carried out in line with the ‘Gymnich formula’ which implies that participants will be presented only with the names and surnames, without state symbols or other insignia.

Danas was not able to obtain official information from the Serbian Ministry of Internal Affairs on the concrete status of Hashim Thaci and whether he could theoretically visit Belgrade. Unofficially, paper has learned that a warrant against him is still in force and that a sort of investigation is still ongoing against him in relation with war crimes.

Paper has also learned from the cabinet of the Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic that he didn’t send any invitation for the upcoming regional summit, thus he didn’t invite Jahjaga either. Pristina-based media informed that invitations are sent by the European Commission.
