Hashim Thaçi, Kosovo’s outgoing Prime Minister has welcomed the EU Progress Report.
“Kosovo welcomes the EU Progress Report on the process of the European integration. We expect for this report to be a realistic reflection of an intensive year and to confirm successes in the processes of fulfillment of final conditions for Stabilization Association Agreement as well as visa liberalization. The best organized elections ever since the end of the war is another success of Kosovo as is the efficient work on the dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia to normalize the relations. The remaining challenges will be certainly addressed with more seriousness by the new institutions of Kosovo which should establish soon. Kosovo is in the right way to move forward towards Euro-Atlantic integrations because this is the will of the citizens of Kosovo and all main political parties in the country,” wrote Thaci.
