Serb citizens from the north will protest against EULEX on Tuesday at 09:30 hours in front of the Mitrovica North court, to express dissatisfaction with the efforts of this mission to arrest former mayor of Zubin Potok, Slavisa Ristic and current mayor of this municipality, Stevan Vulovic.

According to KosovaPress, many former MUP members from the north will participate at the protest. “The protest will be held due to the ungrounded charges against Serbs, and as a sign of dissatisfaction with EULEX’s activities against basic human rights,” said the sources.

The court session for the Drenica Group case is foreseen to take place at the Mitrovica Court at about the same time, respectively at 10:00 hours.

Around 60 Kosovo Police Serbs, all uniformed, are protesting in front of the Basic Court in Mitrovica North.

Zvezdan Milovojevic, former MUP member, and current commander of Kosovo Police in Zubin Potok, is leading the protesters.  According to KosovaPress, their appeal to the citizens to join this protest did not show any results.
