Eduard Kukan, Slovak diplomat said Kosovo is in a very difficult position due to the failure to create its institutions after holding the elections.
“Kosovo is in a very difficult position, a situation which they created themselves. They should all prove that they are interested for a European agenda,” he said. Euro-deputy Kukan said he does not know what is going to happen during this period but according to him, what is well known is that “Kosovo is wasting time.”
