Kosovo with measures against extremism threats (Koha.net)

In press release says that the President of the Republic of Kosovo, Atifete Jahjaga met today with the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Mr. Hashim Thaçi and the heads of the security and justice mechanisms to coordinate the actions of national institutions in the preservation of national security of the Republic of Kosovo. At the joint meeting, which was attended by the Director General of the Kosovo Police, Mr. Shpend Maxhuni, the Director of the KIA, Mr. Bashkim Smakaj, Acting Chief Prosecutor of State, Mr. Sylë Hoxha, the Chief Prosecutor of the Special Prosecution, Ms. Sevdije Morina, the Chairman of the Basic Court in Prishtina, Mr. Hamdi Ibrahimi, the Chairman of the Court of Appeal, Mr. Salih Mekaj and the Director of the Anti-Terror Unit of the Kosovo Police, Mr. Fatos Makolli, there was discussed about the inter-institutional actions undertaken for the prevention and combating of extremism and threats which threaten Kosovo by individuals suspected to have inspired and have joined the terrorist cause of the Islamic State.
