Jevtic: Disturbing graffiti (KIM radio)

Minister for Communities and Return Dalibor Jevtic said that graffiti sprayed on walls of Decany Monastery are disturbing and called authorities to react.

Jevtic said in a press release that he warned several times on appearance of Islamic terrorism in Kosovo. “Unless something is seriously done in prevention of the spread of idea of Islamic terrorism, I am afraid that consequences will be very serious. Graffiti are evidence that the threat exists and I call all institutions to work most seriously in finding those who are spraying such messages, because if they are not found after graffiti we could expect physical attacks on monks of Visoki Decani Monastery. They are justifiably worried for their future,” said Jevtic.

Jevtic added that he will request a meeting with relevant instituions in the course of the wek in order to discuss this incident and previous attacks on properties of Serb returnees in Klina Municipality.
