Following a meeting held on Tuesday, the post electoral coalition LDK-AAK-Nisma-Vetëvendosje (VLAN) considered that President Atifete Jahjaga cannot call new elections, because it is the MPs that decide about elections.

VLAN Bloc PM designate Ramush Haradinaj said that the President may decide only about herself. Haradinaj expressed his confidence that there will not be new elections, since, according to him, elections cannot be organized only because 36 MPs demand them.

Haradinaj also called Hashim Thaçi a dictator, KTV reported. He underlined that there will be no compromise with PDK or Thaçi.

Solution for legal problems that businesses have is not expected to be made easier for another period of time. Experts of this field said that fifty new judges will be appointed within few days, but this will still not solve the problem.

Enver Peci of the Kosovo Judicial Council (KJC) said that vast majority of judges do not have the willingness to deal with serious cases and which are in courts for several years now.

In a debate for the judicial system, a big number of local business representatives expressed their difficulties with courts, despite functionalization of arbitrage.

Number of cases in courts goes as high as 46 thousand, while the vast majority of them are in Basic Courts and the Special Chamber.
