Attack on the parish house in the Serbian part of Orahovac (KiM radio)

Fifteen minutes after the termination of the football match between Serbia and Albania was stoned parish house in the Serbian part of Orahovac, learned Radio Kontakt Plus.

Three Albanian youths, uttering “Albania, Albania,” passed through the Serbian part of the city, smashing glass bottles along the walls of the houses. In the square outside the church Uspenje Presvete Bogorodice (Assumption of the Virgin Mary), they ripped the Serbian flag that hung on one of the poles, and then stoned the window of perish house.

At the time of the attack in the house was the wife of priest with her two minor children. None of the family members of Orahovac priest, Srdjan Jerinić, was injured.

On the wall of an abandoned and crumbling Serbian house, which is located across the parish house, the attackers hoisted the flag of the Republic of Albania, and then fled in an unknown direction. Kosovo police carried out the investigation.
