There are no attacks on Serbs returnees in Prizren and Pristina, but there are few dozens of them living in those towns. Officials in charge for the return say that Serbs are interested for return, but there is no financial support.

Before the conflict there were around 12.000 of Serbs in Prizren, whereas now there are around 30 of them. Pristina is following the trend. It used to have around 40.000, today only 18. The biggest Serbian community in Pristina is RTK2 channel, which broadcasts in Serbian language, with around 90 employees.

Outgoing Kosovo Minister for Communities and Return Dalibor Jevtic says that 30 Serb families are ready to return to Kosovo tomorrow, but there is no sufficient financial support for the process to start. “It is about families who wish to return to Istok, central Kosovo and Gračanica. I have requested additional funds from the prime minister, but I got no reply yet,” Jevtic said.

Around 40.000 Serbs have submitted requests for their usurped property to be returned in Kosovo and Metohija, whereas officials in charge for return say that a decade would be needed for that , considering the budget.
