Director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija, Marko Djuric says the statement of the President of the Albanian government Edi Rama on Kosovo’s independence will not change the road of Serbia to stability in the region
In the RTS morning program, Marko Djuric said that Serbia will not stray from the road of reforms that it started.
Djuric said that the Rama’s statement is “his identity card,” and that is falls within the category of statements that are intended to provoke.
“This is one small line, and Serbian foreign policy successes are extraordinary,” said Djuric.
As he explained, the representatives of Albania did not use “Serbia’s frankly outstretched hand” to normalize relations between Serbs and Albanians.
“It remains our goal, and after this visit that has not brought positive results,” said the Director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija.
Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama said on Monday, 10 November during a visit to Belgrade that Kosovo is an independent state and that is a reality that can not be changed and that Serbia should accept it.
