Slavisa Ristic, former Mayor of Zubin Potok, after five hours of questioning in the building of the Municipal Court in North Mitrovica, is in his house, where he will remain, confirmed to KoSSev, Ristic’s lawyer Ljubomir Pantovic. Ristic is suspected of a total of 15 offenses – mostly from 2011, which are grouped in two court cases, which is why today’s hearing attended two judges.

One of the offenses is the murder case of the police officer Enver Zymberi on 26 July 2011. The judges had imposed Ristic a measure of mandatory reporting to the police twice a week – to the police station in Zubin Potok, and Mitrovica, a restraining order against the defendants and witnesses, and he might be deprived of passport in the coming hours.

KoSSev unofficially learned that in the coming days Stevan Vulovic could be expected in the court in Northern Mitrovica, but also that the Vulovic case might have been more important than Ristic’s case.

On the question of whether the indictment would expend for the murder of a police officer Zumbery on a third person – Slavisa Ristic, Pantovic said that he personally does not believe, although there is an intention of the court, but that, in his opinion, there had been not enough evidence for it.

However, Pantovic said that he was not aware whether Stevan Vulovic, current Mayor of Zubin Potok, would come to the court in coming days and that he is not his lawyer any more. Against Vulovic was raised the indictment and arrest warrant.
