The Deputy Prime Minister of Kosovo and Minister for Foreign Affairs, Hashim Thaci, met in Brussels with EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Federica Mogherini. Mogherini said that she will work closely with Thaci and reiterated that the Pristina – Belgrade dialogue will resume in January 2015. “We had the opportunity to exchange views on the progress of Kosovo. We agreed that, now that there is a new government in Pristina, work should resume at an intensified pace in the EU reform agenda so that good progress can be made in the next year,” said Mogherini.
Thaci and Mogherini discussed about signing of the Stabilization and Association Agreement (SAA), visa liberalization, Pristina – Belgrade dialogue and economic and political reforms.
