Rada Trajkovic, Leader of the European Movement of Serbs, told Kontakt plus, commenting on the agreement on justice, that the Serbian negotiators lightly made concessions to the Albanian side and so have brought Serbs from Kosovo in a situation where they have to agree under pressure.
Rada Trajkovic adds that for the Kosovo Serbs is a huge problem departure of the Serbian judiciary and the judiciary of the state of Serbia.
“For me it is truly a disappointment that the North Kosovo does not represent the four municipalities than seven. Serbia was not supposed to accept Vucitrn/Vushtri to enter into an agreement, and then Srbica/Skenderaj and thus resolving of the North Kosovo issue with this, for us unfavourable structure. In Kosovo we have many regions that are 100% Albanian, with no Serbs, even in judicial or in other structures. On the other hand, our negotiators very easily are making concessions and put us Serbs from Kosovo and Metohija under pressure to accept solutions. It reminds me of the time when Slobodan Milosevic somehow imposed solutions for Albanians, and now we are also victims of solutions, which are imposed against the will of any Serb, who essentially think about his survival in Kosovo and Metohija,” said Trajkovic.
She adds that the initialled agreement on judiciary does not recognize Kosovo’s independence than strengthens Kosovo’s statehood.
“In the end we will have to ask them for some jurisdictions, while keeping in mind the situation in Kosovo Parliament, hardly we will pull out something seriously for jurisdictions of Serbs living in Kosovo,” said Trajkovic.
According to her, the unrest in northern Kosovo is possible in the spring, due to dissatisfaction with the government, and because people from Thaci’s secret service (SHIK) are main in the process of destabilization of the whole of Kosovo.
“Looking at the potential of demonstrators during recent protests in Pristina, whose motive was accompanied by complete anti-Serb rhetoric, it shows that there is great potential of hostility towards the Serbs. I fear that in future negotiations, dissatisfaction with the Government of Kosovo and raising tensions with anti-Serb rhetoric in the spring will be directed to Brdjane/Kroi i Vitakut or Mikronaselje/Kodra e Minatoreve and unrest in northern Kosovo. Thaci’s people from the secret service SHIK are in the process of a major destabilization of the territory of Kosovo for the reason that a peaceful and stable Kosovo goes into the project of identification and isolation of people who need to be held for kidnapping and killing, political assassinations and other things that have happened. Therefore I fear that they do not provoke Brdjane/Kroi i Vitakut, or Mikronaselje/Kodra e Minatoreve or something similar, then Kosovo would not be able to work on something that is solving the situation in this area in terms of accountability for crimes against Serbs “, concluded Trajkovic.
