Leaflets reading ‘Stop albanization of Niš’ appeared this morning in Niš (Serbia proper) suburb Crveni Pevac. In an unsigned leaflet author reminds that almost 11.000 Albanians have registered themselves in 2010 on the territory of the biggest municipality Mediana in Niš town, reported Radio Television of Serbia (RTS).
Leaflet also reminds that four police officers, who provided Kosovo Albanians with the residence in place Merošina, have been arrested in 2010. Police in Niš said that they are not informed about the content of the leaflet and added that they will provide additional information in the course of the day.
