Former leader of the movement Self-Determination Albin Kurti said that Kosovo Serbs are not the problem, but Serbia and the Serbian List are, because they have made mini-states out of Serb municipalities.
At the debate organized by the NGO ‘Fol’, Kurti said that special court is result of the pressure exerted by Serbian and Russia.
Kurti said that it is possible to discuss with ordinary citizens about daily problems, but not with the Serbian List, which is creation of Belgrade, which made mini-states out of municipalities, and added that Serbs don’t want integration of four Serbian municipalities in the north into Kosovo institutions, instead they only want to create Association/Community of Serb municipalities.
