Kosovo’s President, Atifete Jahjaga, marking the Week of Women in Kosovo, said that the overall process depends on the role of women. “We take pride in the achievements of women. More work needs to be done on the implementation of a comprehensive approach on the institutions of justice, employment and education,” Jahjaga said. While Teuta Sahatqija, representative of Women Caucus said that the idea has been that women be empowered and not mentioned only on 8 March.
