Chairman of the Serbian Committee for Kosovo and Metohija Milovan Drecun said that within the course of Brussels dialogue, the key issue will be formation of the Community/ Association of Serbian municipalities (ZSO). He said that the community must be formed in accordance with what was agreed in Brussels, emphasizing that ZSO would not be able to function if Pristina does not respect the Statute.
Drecun announced that, in addition to property issues, position of the Serbian Orthodox Church must also be discussed. However, the biggest problem is return of refugees and displaced persons and resolving the fate of missing persons.
He announced that on Thursday will be held a session of the Committee for Kosovo and Metohija, in which the Director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija Marko Djuric will inform participants about the on-going progress in the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina.
He said that Pristina is constantly obstructing the most important part of the Brussels Agreement i.e. the creation of the Community of Serbian municipalities, which cause lack of progress in the normalization of relations.
