Former Minister of Communities and Returns from the Serbian List, Aleksandar Jablanovic, said he would not appear before the prosecution following a lawsuit against him at the Basic Court in Gjakova/Djakovica. “Those who are not guilty of anything, have no reason to prove their innocence, especially in front of the prosecution in Gjakova/Djakovica,” Jablanovic told the local Serb media. He said the lawsuit against him is a pressure on all Serbian leaders in Kosovo to discourage them from raising their voice against the violence on the members of the Serb community in Kosovo. Prosecution in Gjakova/Djakovica charged Jablanovic of inciting ethnic and religious hatred.
