Her call for depolitization of the justice system should be followed by concrete measures of the courts and judges who are obliged by the Constitution to bring justice into place but who often act in a biased and corruptive manner. “Kosovo courts are full of scandals and corruptive affairs, while Mafiosi groups of interest and clientelist network that are led by the political power, control everything,” writes this daily.
Drafting of a powerful legal framework is only one duty, the other and most determinant one is implementation of the legislation in power. We can have a state of justice only by being determined and courageous.
