The Youth of Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) handed over a letter to the President of Serbia Tomislav Nikolic in which he was called to give up the announced platform for solving the Kosovo crisis.

As stated in a letter addressed to the President of Serbia, in the last 25 years were passed 14 resolutions and declarations that had no grounding in reality. “We addressed, in a wrong way, people with whom we had to build a relationship. Today, in 2015, while Kosovo and Serbia are holding talks in Brussels, (which have not yet been completed and the reached agreements have not been implemented) your Platform is disabling the Agreement which is necessary for all people living in Serbia, as well as Albanians and Serbs living in Kosovo,” said the president of the LDP Youth, Djordje Žujović.

The Youth of LDP urged the President to focus on Serbia’s accession to the EU and NATO, and to insist on the implementation of the agreement between the governments of Serbia and Kosovo, in Brussels. “You do not have the space for political calculating and managing the daily political battles. You have been selected to represent the interests of Serbia, and we urge you to comply with it,” writes in a letter of the LDP Youth to the President Nikolic.
