Minister of Justice in the Serbian Government Nikola Selaković stated that Serbia has fulfilled its part of obligations from the Brussels dialogue, but that Pristina did not act in the same manner and that it will have very difficult task to create the special court for the Kosovo Liberation Army war crimes in a due time.

Selaković said to TV Pink that dead line for creation of the court is around August and the Serbia has shown seriousness in very difficult and complex dialogue in Brussels, however Pristina has brought itself into a situation that the West, that is leading EU states, could exert pressure when it comes to creation of the special court.

Every rational, realistic and sane person, from whichever country, could understand that Serbia is constructive, responsible and endeavors to settle problems and fulfill commitments, said Selaković.
