Last week in Bursa, Turkey, representatives of the Istanbul International Centre for Development in Private Sector (IICDPS) met with the representatives of the UNDP Office in Kosovo in order to address the high level of unemployment among the young people in Kosovo and to discuss next steps for the establishment of a training center in Kosovo. On this occasion, an agreement was signed between the UNDP Office in Kosovo, as the beneficiary, and IICPSD’s as donor, sponsoring a Training Centre in Vushtrri, equipped with professional machines which will enable to train the unemployed youth. UNDP will work closely with relevant local institutions to ensure maintenance and sustainability of this center.
