Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic stated on Thursday that Pristina is trying to incorporate provisions on the status on Kosovo in the negotiating platform for Chapter 35 sidestepping the dialogue in Brussels.

This has to do with a draft document which is imposing Pristina’s stance on the status of Kosovo, Vucic said, stressing that adopting such a platform would be worse for Serbia than a formal recognition of Kosovo’s independence.

In this manner, Pristina is trying to impose solutions that predetermine the outcome of the Brussels dialogue (on normalization of relations with Belgrade), he said.
