Blocking of the Assembly and opposition actions are being disapproved by the chief of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) for Kosovo, Jacque Miniane.
“We are concerned regarding the current situation at the Assembly. We do not have any mandate to tell you who is right. Every delay of the endorsement of the law for management of public finances will harm everyone and also lack of endorsement of the budget would lose trust of the foreign investors. We did not agree over the amount of €23 million for increase of pensions,” Miniane said.
