President of the Serbian list in Kosovo Assembly Slavko Simic said that the decision of the Kosovo Constitutional Court to suspend the part of the Brussels Agreement is an attempt to postpone the implementation of a key element of the agreement – establishment of the Association / Community of Serb Municipalities (ZSO).
Simic said that part of the Brussels agreement related to ZSO is a cornerstone for the survival of the Serbian people in Kosovo and therefore it has paramount importance. “It is essential that Albanians understand that the dialogue must continue. I expect that international community will influence on Pristina so that all agreements negotiated in Brussels could be implemented,” said the president of the Serbian List.
