Kosovo’s Minister for Dialogue, Edita Tahiri, traveled today to Sofia, Bulgaria, for a three day visit. Tahiri will participate at the meeting of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the South-East European Cooperation Process (SEECP) and she will also meet senior state representatives of Bulgaria, including Bulgaria’s Foreign Minister, Daniel Mitov, Deputy Prime Minister Meglena Kuneva, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Labor and Social Policies, Ivailo Kalfin as well as Foreign Policy Committee Chair at the Bulgarian Parliament, Dzhema Grozdanova. Their discussions will focus on strengthening of the bilateral relations, Kosovo’s Euro-Atlantic integration and regional cooperation. Minister Tahiri will hold a speech at the plenary session of the Foreign Ministers of SEECP on 02 February.
During this visit, Tahiri will meet other government officials, members of civil society and media of the Republic of Bulgaria.
