Several media reported today that the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK) parliamentary group decided that the party will boycott the Assembly of Kosovo. A copy of the decision published by media states that however the AAK will continue to be part of the united opposition. “This decision was taken as a sign of dissatisfaction because the Assembly is not protecting Kosovo’s Constitution and is not protecting Kosovo’s territory; this Assembly has elected the country’s president in an undemocratic manner and because the opposition MPs are being mistreated and arrested for carrying out their duties,” states the decision. Meanwhile the news site Kosovapress quotes AAK MP Daut Haradinaj saying no decision was taken yet on this matter.
