Political analyst Azem Vlasi said that he doesn’t expect changes in relations between Kosovo and Serbia following Serbian elections held on Sunday.

“More or less the same story will continue, however when it comes to normalization of relations it is an empty platitude, because there is no normalization of relations between Kosovo and Serbia until it stops implying normalization of interstate relations, that is, mutual recognition,” said Vlasi to Radio Free Europe.

Vlasi also said that he doesn’t believe in figures when it comes to voting in Kosovo, which were reported by the OSCE, however he is not surprised by the significant turn out of voters considering that Serbs “have no other hope, they rely on Serbia and vote for them, and there is nothing weird about it, it is normal”.
