Minister of Labour, Employment, Veteran and Social Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Aleksandar Vulin said that the Serbs must have the Association / Community of Serb municipalities (A/CSM), because that is the essence of the Brussels agreement and a guarantee of the existence of Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija. “Serbs cannot be dependent on one’s good will. The Brussels agreement was signed so that A/CSM could be created. It is no one’s good will and the international community must prove that its signature, as a guarantee of the Brussels agreement, means something,” said Vulin in the monastery of Sveti Kozma and Damnjan in Zočište, where he attended the marking the monastery celebration.
