With the goal of assessing effects and results of investments in municipalities in northern Kosovo in last three years, the Institute for Territorial Economic Development (InTER) in cooperation with the RTV Mir from Leposavić/Leposaivq, supported by the Kosovo Foundation for Open Society, is conducting a project dubbed ‘Effects of investments in Northern Kosovo after the signing of the Brussels Agreement – Do we live better?”

The idea for launching this project, according to the director of InTER, Dragiša Mijačić, came from the fact that following the signing of the Brussels Agreement, four municipalities in northern Kosovo have received significant funding from the EU, Kosovo government and Fund for the development of the northern Kosovo, thus the project aims at raising awareness of the residents in northern Kosovo about benefits of the Brussels Agreement, through analysis of the effects of implemented projects. Results of the project are due to be published in September.
