Lawyers Vasić and Korenica were accused to have influenced the witnesses, and hampered the evidence as the defenders of Zarko Veselinovic, who has been charged with attempted aggravated murder of two members of the special unit “ROSU”.
The prosecutor has dropped the case after a testimony of five witnesses before the judge.
“I am sorry that this issue had not been assigned to Prosecutor Neeta Amin with whom I collaborated for years and who is an outstanding professional, and she proved it today, by withdrewing from the prosecution. We would like that our dear friend had presented the Prosecution, Pascal Persoons, a judicial harlequin, who had launched this dilettante investigation driven by his complexes and ignorance,” says lawyer Vasić.
“About violations of the law by the prosecutor Parsoons, my colleague and I, will inform all relevant institutions, as never to repeat what we have survived, Žarko Veselinović and many other residents of northern Kosovo,” says Vasić.
