Everything that happens on Kosovo has already been negotiated in Brussels and the current situation is only an attempt of Marko Đurić and Aleksandar Vučić to show how they struggle to pull out the best variant of it, assesses the main editor of Danas daily, Dragoljub Draža Petrović.
“Until now, politicians were saying that we will never recognize Kosovo and now we have another slogan – we will never admit that we have recognized Kosovo. Since the signing of the Brussels Agreement, we have constant assurances that we had won in the Brussels agreements, Djuric even was saying that we lead with 5:0. People are crazed, we do not know what was signed and what awaits us,” Petrović said to N1 television.
He recalls that Kosovo is entering into various international institutions just under the Brussels Agreement which states that Serbia will not hinder Kosovo’s integration in the world and Europe.
“In Kosovo is established a new government and it only strengthens. How we win, the government of Kosovo gets stronger. The problem of our politicians is to convince the people that we are still there, that we have some sovereignty and it is ours, and we increasingly lose it. It is illogical, and I do not know how voters realize it,” said Petrović.
