Kosovo’s Minister for Dialogue, Edita Tahiri, travelled to Brussels today to attend meetings on the judiciary, telecom and the integrated border management, as part of the EU-brokered talks between Pristina and Belgrade. The meetings, which will take place today and tomorrow, will focus on the implementation of agreements and the obligations of parties on these matters. Tahiri’s office issued a press release saying that the Agreement on the Association/Community of Serb-majority municipalities in the Republic of Kosovo, will not be a topic of discussion at the meetings. “The start of implementation can be discussed only after Kosovo receives the state code from the International Telecommunications Union on December 15 in line with the agreement,” the press release notes.
