Pristina delegation trying to extort a fundamental change to the agreement on the implementation of the deal on telecommunications, which was agreed over the weekend or to bring down the agreement reached, Blic learns from diplomatic sources in Brussels.

Although it was originally planned for the current round of technical dialogue to last two days, talks will likely be extended to Friday, because the Pristina delegation in Brussels appeared with the new requirements related to the implementation of the agreement on telecommunications.

– The cause of this behaviour of the Kosovo delegation is that the original plan failed (of the Government of Kosovo), and that was to present the agreement as a diplomatic victory, so now with the newly revision seeks to placate domestic public in Kosovo – says Blic’s source from Brussels.

According to the source, such a performance by the representatives of Pristina in Brussels is explained by the nervousness due to the criticism of the opposition and expert public in Kosovo, who have spoken recent days about the agreement on telecommunications as the betrayal of the national interests, loss of sovereignty and the return of Serbia to Kosovo.
