In case Pristina fails to form the Community of Serb Municipalities in Kosovo-Metohija on its own, the Serbs have the full legitimacy and legality to do so, the chairman of the Serbian parliamentary committee on Kosovo-Metohija, Milovan Drecun, said Tuesday.
Whether the Serbs will form the Community on their own primarily depends on the actions of Kosovo Albanians and pressure from the international community, in particular the EU and Washington, which bear special responsibility for what is going on in Kosovo-Metohija in terms of implementation of the Brussels Agreement, he told the RTS.
“There can be no more delays because Pristina is constantly coming up with excuses, diverting to other topics, making up political situations causing incidents and using the so-called parallel structures and the so-called Constitutional Court as excuses,” he said.
