The official of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Marija Zaharova argues that Belgrade is showing constructive behavior in contacts with Pristina with regard to the Association/Community of Serbian municipalities, and assessed that the other side is hindering the process.
“The rut of the problem is that creation of the Community of Serbian municipalities in Kosovo has been sabotages for four years now by Kosovo, and silent agreement of the EU,” said Zaharova to Sputnik news portal. “We would like to highlight constructive line of Belgrade which has shown restrain, did not follow the provocations and has made important steps in eliminating existing disputes,” said Zaharova.
